Yikes! Does this show Jude Law giving a lady snapper a left hook? Splash News is reporting that Jude, who’s currently appearing as Hamlet in London’s West End, lost his rag with the photog outside London’s Automat bar late last night.
“He hit me full on the face, it was a real stinger, it was really sore,” they report her saying. Jude has been dealing pretty well with the nightly hordes of fans that mob him outside London’s Wyndham’s Theatre, signing autographs with good humor. So far, there’s no official word on this incident. But, um, it looks like that calm demeanor may have abandoned him here. [Photo: Splash News Online]
Update: Jude Law’s lawyer Graham Shear has commented on the photo: “Last night’s incident was an accident. Jude was blinded by the camera flashes when he left the restaurant, raised his hand to shield himself and inadvertently struck somebody standing very close. He apologized and left.”

Photograghers have pushed the limit. I am sure he did not mean it but they really need to get out of peoples face. With the equiptment out there now you can’t tell me you can’t get a good shot from say six feet away. There are such things as personal boundries.
I am with you on that b_rock…they don’t respect boundaries and just because they are so called in the public eye, they feel they can bug them anytime they want no matter where they are, its sickening and they will never learn as long as people buy their crap and they keep getting paid for driving people up the wall…
I agree. These “pappacrazies” and others are getting to carried away. At the end of the day, these people are humans. If it were me, I would purposely slap someone that was in my face that close with a camera and I wouldn’t apologize nor pay for any resulting damages. For all I know, you were coming at me to hit me with the camera and I had to react. Sheesh people. They are celebrities, but they are still people who deserve respect and personal space just like us average joes.
Are you kidding me? The photographers have pushed the limit? Isn’t she doing her job? If there wern’t any photographers, I don’t think that half of these “stars” would be as famous. When did stars start turning so diva-ish? “Don’t take my picture.”, “Don’t ask for my autograph.” Then why are you a star? I’ll gladly take their place for half the price.
If she wasnt that close she would have not been hit … I say she deserved it. Hello back up and give me five feet.
It is wrong to make generalise about photographers like that! If it did not have photographers, the same people visiting these sites will have NO PICS to watch. No wonder physical abuse is so common. It have NO DAMN EXCUSE for violence!!

A smart person is never been a paparazzi. And please stop saying she is a woman, because is the most sexist thing i never read. It was an accident, as you can notice if you see all the pictures about the incident not the only 2 or 3 that the sites are showing..but, of course, if a paparazzo said it was on purpose its must be true! yeah, sure. I am outraged as a woman she is an upstart, an opportunist. Her attitude and the media attitude is disgusting. Ah! indeed, this woman does not have even a scratch! The next night She was waiting for him outside the theater with her gang, all smiles. Now She will become harassment? Well, shes so fugly that the only way a man like him touch her it must have been by accident
