Well we weren’t expecting this: TMZ has unearthed a video of Chris Brown apologizing for February’s violent outburst against this then-girlfriend Rihanna. “I felt it was time you heard directly from me that I am sorry,” the singer – decked out in an odd red button-down shirt – insists in the vid. “What I did was inexcusable. I am very sad and very ashamed of what I have done…I have told Rihanna countless times and I am telling you today that I am truly, truly sorry.”

Honestly, it looks like Chris Brown is sitting in front of that camera, reading to us. There is no passion or emotion in his voice at all. All the words are right, Chris, but if there is no feeling behind them, they’re meaningless.
I think all hes sorry for is that he got caught. I hope he never hits another woman, and not just trys to be sneekier about not getting caught.

That was the fakest apology ever, first off he sounded like he was reading and was forced to say his apology by his lawyer. The only reason he is saying sorry is because he lost most of his fans and need people to buy his upcoming CD.
