Everything is hitting Janet Jackson at once these days. In addition to what she’s been dealing with regarding brother Michael’s death, US Magazine is reporting that Janet and longtime boyfriend Jermaine Dupri have broken up after seven years together. The pair were constantly fending off rumors that they had secretly wed (perhaps owing to the fact that Jackson and her former beau Rene Elizondo actually were secretly married for years), but now that they’ve split, it’s somewhat of a shock.
Dupri skipped the Michael Jackson memorial on July 7, telling folks that he doesn’t do funerals, but now it also appears that he doesn’t do Janet. A friend says, “You shouldn’t mix business with pleasure,” referring to the fact that Dupri produced several songs off Janet’s most recent albums. “Janet felt their lives were too crossed and they should have kept things separate.” Janet has also been busy caring for Michael’s children these days, which can’t be easy on the relationship.
Just this past May, Dupri tattooed the entire right side of his torso with an image of Janet as the Virgin Mary. He apparently didn’t foresee the breakup at that point. Looks like he’s going to have to pull a Johnny Depp (who changed his Winona Ryder tattoo to “Wino Forever”) and pull off some crafty editing now. [Photo: GettyImages]

Thank god, she looks 10 times better than he ever will. He was probably holding her back. They will probably get back together, because she might be making a mistake due to her brohter’s death.

It is an unfortunate situation and it came at the wrong time for her. She is still greiving the loss of her brother so things must be really tough. I thought she finally found some stability in her life. People need to be a bit more sensitive and stop the wisecracks!

I personally feel, that they made a whacked couple from the beginning. Let’s be real what could Jermaine Dupri actually offer janet? Janet has too much on her plate with the sudden death of her brother, to even give jermaines miniature behind a second thought. If you ever read this janet know that you guys are in my prayers and you didnt take a loss losing jermaine. He took a loss losing you and when you decided to even give him your time and efforts you took a loss even wasting your time. Listen to this Janet, God can restore 1up to 10 and a 100 times over all that his children lost with bigger and better. So him leaving you only opened the door for the man that god truly has prepared for you. You have always seemed to me to be a humble and respectable young lady so dont worry, cast your cares upon him because you and I both know he cares for you. God Bless and good luck with the kids!!!

I just wonder do Janet care one way or another rather or not her and Dupri are togeather or not. Everthing comes to a end . If she no like I no its now time for her to be by her self and concentrate on the LORD. Its time to walk away from sins of the flesh. She wasnt married to the man any way. Once you clean your body your mind will also be clean.
