Jason Lee Gets In Bar Fight

My Name is Earl star Jason Lee got in a scuffle the other night at downtown New York bar Max Fish and ended up getting tossed from the joint. Lee and a fellow patron at the grungy watering hole got into a shoving match for some unknown reason (maybe Lee was just acting out as a result of his show’s cancellation…or maybe the other guy was making fun of Lee for naming his kid Pilot Inspektor).

Witnesses say Lee also whipped out some martial arts against the guy. They both got thrown out of the bar, but later Lee tried to head back in when the bouncer told him “If you ever want to come back here, walk away now.” [Photo: GettyImages]
