Multi-talented Rihanna yesterday showed off another skill and turned tattoo artist. The singer spent time in an East Village tattoo parlor last night apparently etching small designs — thought to be umbrellas, ho ho — onto willing fans. Rihanna’s a big fan of the body art and recently added another design to her personal collection.
But website TMZ reckons the star could be in trouble after violating the law regarding tattoo artists. “Only licensed tattoo artists can administer tattoos in the city according to the City’s Health Code. We are sending someone down to follow up on this,” the NYC health department said. [Photo: Splash News Online]
