Sad news out of Los Angeles: actress Farrah Fawcett has passed away. The Charlie’s Angels star died at 9:28 this morning (PST, we believe), at St. John’s Hospital in Santa Monica. Her longtime partner, Ryan O’Neal, and best friend, Alana Stewart, with at her side as she passed. It’s reported that her son, Redmond O’Neal, was not present.

I will miss her smile and the way she laughted. i grew up in the 1970s and 1980s. I really appreciated the documentary the world watch a few weeks ago about her struggle with cancer. It showed she had great family and friends around her. Though I was only a fan, I will always remember the way she smiled at you from her photos, like she was your friend. Sweet Peace to you Farrah and may your family and friends be comforted during this time of grief.

She was too young to die. We need a cure for this disease that has taken so many loved one’s from our lives.

I was so sad to here that Farrah Fawcett has passed away. I loved Charlie’s Angel and I always watched the show each and every week and whenever the reruns come on t.v.
Farrah was truly unforgettable in The Burning Bed!! I watch it every time it airs on t.v.
Farrah was also excellent in Extremities.
Farrah was a true actor and she seemed like a sweet and caring person.
I’ll miss you Farrah. Now you are at peace. Rest well always and keep smiling!!

I grew up watching Charlie’s Angels and was mezmerized by this beautiful woman.After watching her documentary on television I aquired a deeper appreciation of her as a whole.Her bravery and her legacy will forever be a part of entertainment history.Blessings and comfort through the difficult times and love to keep it together.

I wanted to be Farrah. I was a teenager in the 1970’s and she was SO beautiful and sexy. I wanted to be just like her. All the boys were crazy about her. She was everything. The world has lost a true angel. She handled the end with dignity and class. I will never forget her.

My favorite movie she did was THE BURNING BED that was like the best it was a wakeup call for all women around the world that wAS going thru that type of abuse. She had such a long, hard struggle with cancer. Farrah was very brave and strong. I remember watching her on TV during my early years. She was a great actress. I hope Farrah’s family don’t feel like her death was overshadowed by Michael Jackson’s. Farrah will truly be missed as well. I grew up watching Charlie’s Angels and loved all the angels. When I received the text about Farrah’s death I was deeply saddened. To Farrah’s family, I know it seems difficult now but remember she is an angel that will continue to watch over you.

It is such a shame that she was taken so young…I just lost my Dad at 60 years in 2005 so I know how difficult this is for her family and her son to lose her. It took me 3 years to come to terms with my mother death. Cancer took her at 66 yrs. She lasted 7 mos. She accepted what the Lord had placed upon her for her final fight in life. Farrah gave her all. Ryan and Redmond are the ones who need to pull together for the lady that wanted nothing, but for them to carry on and love each other as she loved them. I have gone through some rough times without my mom, but she was there. Pennies from heaven Ryan and Redmond, PENNIES FROM HEAVEN. Look for them. Farrah is there
