Perez Hilton Sues Peas Manager

Perez Hilton won’t let his run-in with the Black Eyed Peas die. The bigmouthed celebrity blogger, who used his blog as a soap box after allegedly being punched by the group’s manager at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, has filed a civil lawsuit for unspecified damages in excess of $25,000. The suit, which claims Polo Molina smacked him around because he made negative comments about the Peas’ new album, is for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Molina was arrested in Toronto, but he’s not the only one who has felt some heat. Perez is being heavily criticized from the gay community, of which he is a part, for calling Peas leader will.i.am a “faggot.” Will this saga never end? [Photo: WENN]
