Kelis may be divorcing her rap star husband Nas, but she’s still having his baby—and she wants him to pay for it. According to TMZ, the “Milkshake” singer has filed legal papers requesting that her estranged husband pay spousal support, child support and all pre-natal expenses. “My survival is based on his will at this time,” she writes. “If he does not want to pay for an expense, it does not get paid.”
Along with being broke, Kelis says Nas introduced her to a glamorous lifestyle she should be allowed to keep, littering her court request with references to Cartier, Rolex and high class restaurants. Who knew buying your wife gifts meant you have to do it for life!

He doesn’t have to do anything for her , she said it herself he took her out he bought her things and shes mad that life style is now over , really the only thing he has to do by law and in Gods eyes is watch for his kid that’s all. but you see what happens when you think you know someone and yet you don’t now she being greedy.
This was my fav celeb couple and its so sad to see them splitting up. Of course Nas should be required to pay alimony and child support like any other couple in this situation. I don’t know about Cartier and Rolex, but he should have to give her something for their son. Sadly though he did the same thing to his other baby’s mother Carmen. She had to take him to court and sue to get support for their daughter Destiny, and Kelis stood by Nas side in the court room while he tried to fight off having to support his first born. K really should have seen this coming. I wish her the best and I hope Nas is a big enough man to be responsible and live up to his obligations this time…
i wonder why they broke up…she must’ve got caught cheating on him..especially if he doesn’t want to do anything for her and her baby………anyways i thought they would be together for ever….even thou they were a odd couple…lol…………but hey yeah ^_!)~((_)`)`_`^& happens……..
