Lil Wayne has done it - literally - again. The rapper, who is rumored to be expecting a child with singer Nivea, has apparently gotten model Lauren London (pictured above) pregnant, as well. According to MTV UK, he’s no longer in a relationship with London, and is set to marry Nivea at some point this year.

I knew that Lil Wayne was engaged to Nivea but what I heard back in 05/06 was that they were having some problems…Lauren London is 6 mths pregnant.
