The Jury’s Out On Kelly Osbourne’s Latest Outfit

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, you must admit that Kelly Osbourne has a history of dressing herself in unfortunate ways. (We submit as evidence Exhibit A and Exhibit B). But in a recent FABlife poll, the overwhelming majority of you (97%, in fact) thought Kelly had succeeded in transforming herself from frumpy punk into glamorous adult while maintaining her edge (see Exhibit C).
