Chris Brown has been sued for “assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, premises liability and false imprisonment,” and it’s not Rihanna who’s bringing the legal beef! Photographer Robert Rosen is after the star, whose bodyguards allegedly attacked him after he snapped a pic of the star playing basketball on March 13.
The legal papers claim that after Rosen caught Chris on camera playing b-ball at LA Fitness, Chris’ bodyguard “picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him, causing further injuries.” They continue to say that, the sneaker paparazzo was “placed in great fear for his life, health, and safety.”
This only adds to Chris’s legal drama, which he is trying to remedy with a no role in an upcoming film project. The actor/singer will play a “homeless character,” a friend tells the NY Daily News. “It’s a real rags-to-riches story and should be good for his image.”

Ok, he really shouldn’t take crap about what his bodyguards did unless he specifically ordered them to do the implied action. I’m not defending the guy, I think he’s scum and love that his songs have been yanked from the radio and his commercials from tv, but… this one’s not on him.

I don’t get it…why is he getting sued? Unless he ordered it to his bodyguard, his bodyguard should be the one sued.
