Angry Adam Lambert fans, here’s your conspiracy theory. AT&T representatives in Arkansas apparently gave lessons in “power texting” (sending multiple texts at once) to Kris Allen supporters at viewing parties, despite the show’s claim that votes created by “technical enhancements” would be thrown out. Since AT&T users are the only ones that can send votes by text, some frustrated Idol viewers are frothing at the contradiction.
While the hypocrisy is obvious, it’s hard to believe that a few rotten apples in Arkansas could have swayed the vote (which apparently wasn’t close enough for Ryan Seacrest to acknowledge on air). After all, DialIdol had Allen ahead by phone votes as well. But the company may have to make a sacrificial offering of a few local reps if the calls for blood continue.

No worries, he’ll fade into obscurity like the rest of the “idols.” I really don’t understand why people love this crap so much.
The hype over Adam caused him to lose. Most young people will go for the under-dog. It’s all a part of the everyone’s a winner mentality. Simon going onshows and being ased who he thought the winner was and the constant remarks of how great Adam was got to be a bit much. What happened to plain innocence on tis show? I know ratings mean a lot, but the
glow is leaving this show. The finale, was tasteless. The judge displaying her body was at the top of the tacky pole, very child like. We want the old Idol back.
America Idol Needs new rules. i.e anyone who makes some form of living or preforms on big stages for years should not enter the competition. Adam had years to professional experience as far as I see, for Paula when and saw his show years back; I heard. So how can you put cats and dogs to to compete? With that said. The results are not screwed and reflect the fear and true outcome of Season 8 of American Idol. This theory I believed many voted on and the producers should implement such as rules.

For everyone believe Adam is so great and nothing can touch him. Like those party has half the popular of America. Adam got second he worked hard of it with years of on stage experience An Kris came with little or no on stage experience and grow with the competition! Kris got what he worked for!!!!!!!!
Is Kris the best singer in the competition which came in as an amateur? YES
Is Adam the best profession singer which came in the competition? YES – (has years of on strange experience can you cannot put cats and dogs to compete!)

I dont think it matters because Adam already had a record deal by the time Idol was over.
