I agree..The drugs and alcohol do show. Her face is really rough. And, with sooo many boob jobs, they are just messed up now. I’m not dissing fake boods. i have them too. But, natural looking… The rest of her body is not bad for 42. Same age as me.

Her breasts look very uneven. Her face looks rough.Her skin is starting to sag (look at that tummy… OUCH) Her hair always, and I mean always looks so ratty. Makes me want to give her a hot oil treatment.
I admire Pam, I really do, she goes all out for something she believes in, i.e. Peta, she allowed Comedy Central to roast her so Peta could get 1mil dollars, and man they didn’t go easy on her either, but she sat there and she took it all, she is amazing. Also Perez Hilton put a photo of her up yesterday sans make-up, funny in my opo she looked great she really did and I wasn’t the only one to say so, but I am so happy you posted this photo, it shows everyone she is still gorgous, I only wish people would realize she’a also a terriffic mom and a woman with a good head on her shoulders (except when it comes to her choise in men) but I personally applaud her and all that she does, her kids always come first as they should!
