Mariah Left Waiting At Cannes?

It’s usually everyone else waiting on Mariah Carey, so who could possibly make the diva wait for over an hour, holed up in her hotel room until his arrival? Not hubby Nick Cannon, but director Lee Daniels, who reportedly kept the songstress waiting for a screening of her movie Precious at the Cannes Film Festival this weekend when he showed up an hour late.

Reports claim the singer/actress waited at her posh room at the Hotel Martinez until Lee arrived, which made her extremely late to walk the red carpet.

“Can you imagine Mariah waiting for anyone?” a source asked, who continued, “Both Mariah and (co-star) Lenny Kravitz were pissed off. They thought it was disrespectful.” [Photo: Getty Images]
