• That acoustic rendition of “Heartless” suggests Kris might have some tricks up his sleeve, and Adam’s getting lazy.
• A Kris Allen album would probably sell, but Adam Lambert—already Broadway bound before he joined the show—still sounds like a Rock Of Ages star more than a chart-topper.
• Even though both remaining singers have only been in the bottom 3 once, Kris is still seen as the underdog thanks to the judges’ constant pimping of Adam. And America loves an underdog.
