Amy Winehouse‘s father may be in St. Lucia with her for now, but judging from what he told Winehouse documentary director Daphne Barak, her increasing alcohol use may have him at the end of his rope.
After she almost died twice from drug related problems, to see her walking, smiling – she has progressed so much. But now, if it’s alcohol instead of hard drugs – I don’t think I can go through that again. I’ve decided to distance myself, and whatever happens, happens. It’s her life. It’s her career. It’s her decision.
“Whatever happens, happens?” Harsh! Despite his resignation, Winehouse still hopes his daughter will get over her addictions. “She said to me, ‘Dad thank you for pulling me out of drugs’, and I said to her, ‘But you are the one who decided to pull out. You can do it again and stop drinking.’” Is Amy a good candidate for tough love, or does she need all the help she can get?

People love to bash her, but the whole thing is just so incredibly sad. We watch her die a little bit more every day.
5150 hold, there’ no other choice, she needs desperate help so that calls for desperate actions. Amys Dad can do it, if his own health is at risk, just get her in their and have her committed as long as possible and take a big break from her problems. i feel sorry for her father more then i do for her, she’s being a selfish spoiled brat that doesn’t seem to care that she is tearing up her mom and dad.Her mom has MS, and stress makes it progress way faster so Amy will be the death of her……….AMY you selfish _(#%&!&@(_#@)%#@` give your parents a break and help your ,,,,,,,,self, they love you, dumb @#_`&$_*(%)`&%$
