Apparently, doing nudie pics for the animal rights group is a rite of passage in Hollywood, as numerous celebs have held various creatures in their birthday suits, all in the name of critters. Purebreeds need love too. They’re dogs, just like mixed breeds. Just because you actually know their pedigree and potential risk for certain health problems and behaviors doesn’t mean they aren’t still sweet, loving creatures. If no one buys purebreeds, where do you think they’ll end up? A shelter! And if we don’t have purebreeds, eventually, over time, there won’t be anymore breeds and all dogs will be the same. For someone with a particuliar lifestyle, purebred dogs can be a wonderful thing because they can look at the temperment and standard for the breed and choose a dog that is right for them, meaning less abandoned dogs in shelters!
