Holly Madison went from Hooters waitress with a dream to hot independent woman with a career of her own. As Holly climbed up the ranks as one of Hugh Hefner’s seven girlfriends, her appearance also seemed to make a transition. Holly toned up, her nose got smaller, her hair got thicker and longer, and she had a breast job. She also upped her beauty regimen after hooking up with Hef in 2001. “More just tanning, makeup, getting hair done… just simple things that I hadn’t really had the time or interest to do before,” she said.
After becoming a household name thanks to Girls Next Door, Holly left Hef and the Playboy Mansion behind, briefly dated magician Criss Angel, then snagged a spot on the hit TV show Dancing With the Stars. Most people would probably agree that Holly has moved out of the shadow of her famous boyfriend and become her very own successful, gorgeous girl. But some might find the new Holly to be too plastic and artificial? Is Holly’s makeover fab or fail?

Oh my god, Holly is the primary example that a little bit goes a long way! Not like those celebrities that just completely mess up their entire faces!! She went from looking drab to FAB!!!

although bridgette’s my favorite, i think holly is absolutely beautiful. but dang, she looked awful with short hair. it makes her face look old and wrinkly. and yeah, she slept with an 80 year old man, but at least he’s a pretty good looking old man and he paid the bills!

In the first pic I was like, “Ok, why does it look like some guy’s trying to stick his hand down her pants?” Then, I saw the full pic and saw it was Hef (or Puffin. OMG. I just admitted that I watched the show. Shoot me now, and put me out of my parents’ misery.). Then it all made sense. Totally looks better. She used to have about 130 pounds of nasty, old, wrinkled flesh she was always hangin’ on to. Glad she got rid of it.
