The last person we ever expected to go under the knife was grunge queen Courtney Love. The Hole lead singer revolutionized rock chick chic in the early 90s, when she started a worldwide trend with her baby doll dresses and barrettes. But while the disheveled look fit her image as Mrs. Kurt Cobain, she gave it up in the late 90s, when her acting career began to blossom.
Courtney glammed up her look while doing press for The People vs. Larry Flynt, and also had numerous plastic surgery procedures done. Most recently, she decided her nose job made her look too perfect and plastic, so she had reversal surgery to make it look, well, uglier. She wrote on her blog, “I’ve had my nose fixed. It looks like the one God gave me so I’m happy not to have crazy lips and a crazy teensy unnatural little nose.”

From frumpy to great…. When she looks bad, she looks REALLY bad. When she looks good, she looks REALLY good. You never know which Courtney is going to show up.

I couldn’t even vote on this one. My opinion is a. Fail b. Fail. If I were standing in the middle of the street and Courtney Love was at one end and the monster from Cloverfield was at the other, Here I come Cloverfield monster. God must have had a lot of things to do on the day he made her. So much for a balanced view of this nightmare.
