Wow, look at this picture of Madonna with little Mercy! Doesn’t she look like a beautifully-shot-and-possibly-airbrushed devoted mother? It’s amazing how this stunning portrait of WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN has found its way out into the public domain just as Madonna continues her appeal to adopt the little girl from Malawi, after it was initially rejected. I mean, I’m sure we’re not being emotionally manipulated by this gorgeous pho…aw, just look at the way she’s nestling into Madge’s arms! And Madonna does look amazing for 50, doesn’t she? How could any judge (maybe even one called Esmie Chondo) resist letting this cute pair stay together? 1) Yes, Madonna does look like a beautify and devoted mother. So what if the picture is airbrushed. It likely isn’t and there really is no benefit to bringing up airbrushing here.
2) No, it’s not amazing that this picture found it’s way onto the Internet. Madonna is in exceedingly intelligent woman and has always been savvy in interacting with the media. Of course, she is pulling on our heartstrings here. Why shouldn’t she appeal to our emotions in her effort to help this little girl have a better life? Why do you have to term it “manipulation?”
3) I think it’s sad that anyone not intimately familiar with Madonna and this little girl’s cirumstances would have their mind made up. How much time have you spent with Madonna to know her heart or her intentions? How familiar are you with the quality of life that her adopted son David is enjoying? How much time have you spend in Malawai and have you been to the orphanage where Mercy resides.
Regardless of Madonna’s reasoning for whatever it is she wants…Out of 2 million homeless babies, she wants the one who has a grandmother who didn’t want to lose her precious grandbaby, after losing her young daughter. Before, with David, who had a father…she bought him out because she wanted what she wanted. And whateverr Madonna wants, she gets! It only proves that money rules! So we all know that Madonna will get Mercy. Mercy, Mercy…What a World. What a Life. Madonna might be 50, but time gets us all, even all the money in the world, can’t make Madonna beat the clock.
It’s too bad that Madonna can’t choose one who is without any family at all…but she is so “Motherly” and needs the publicity. She needs Mercy more than Mercy’s Grandma could provide. Not saying that she could fix up Mercy and her Grandmother in a nice little home & food. It wouldn’t take much there. Madonna is 50, and the Grandmother is probably younger than Madonna. But, Yes…we all know that Money can buy Anything. Except health.
But Madonna is Big News…and can give the child more materialistic things. Isn’t that what life is all about now? It seems to be just that . The one with the most money, WINS!!! You Go, Girl!!!
