Andrew Thomas Gallo, the suspect in the hit-and-run accident that killed Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart and two others yesterday morning, will be arraigned on Monday. Gallo is scheduled to be charged with felony hit and run, felony DUI, vehicular manslaughter and possibly murder.
Gallo was driving with a suspended license, due to an earlier DUI arrest. Gallo—who fled the arrest scene by foot—had a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit. His parents told journalists that they were “too distraught” to comment.

Glad they caught him. Hit and run is one of the most cowardly things you can do in life. Grow a pair, jerk.
