You know fashion has hit a bump in the road when Miley Cyrus is the best-dressed star in attendance at the Kids’ Choice Awards. But that’s exactly what happened this weekend at the Nickelodeon event, where most of the stars came dressed liked it was 1991. You can just hear the C&C Music Factory blasting on their Sony Walkman(s?), right?
Check out our three worst offenders above – Pete Wentz wore the worst denim shirt we’ve ever seen, Paula Abdul rocked some sort of sheer tank from Hot Topic, and Tori Spelling‘s floral dress could’ve have been pulled from 90210‘s wardrobe department. The only person we’ll give a free pass to is Slash – who was so cool in the early 90′s that he’s allowed to keep his signature style alive.

Bad 90′s fashion?? Maybe Paula’s and Zac’s girlfriend’s, but that’s about all. Maybe some were bad but Miley’s dress and Emma Robert’s dress were cute! You just have to find something to criticize!!
