Last night’s Academy Awards were apparently a hit – as 6% more people tuned in this year (as opposed to last) to be called “commie, homo-loving sons of guns” by Sean Penn. Trust us, it was worth it!
There were other highlights besides Penn’s gracious acceptance speech, including the “Jai Ho” musical number, Jennifer Aniston‘s awkward presenting work, and Ben Stiller mocking Joaquin Phoenix. Check out our massive gallery of the show’s best moments below.

jeniffer Aniston needs to get a life, she seems to be still hanging on to brad pitt and angie, she is so sorry, pittiyful and very angry. I had a man leave me for another woman, but it was his fault not the other woman, jeniffer seems to be trying to get people to dislike angie and brad and turn them into her favor.,and keep what angie and brad did in the minds of people this is her way of getting attention once again just as she did when she got nake.
You know in life I have found that the one who holds onto what they WISH they had, instead of cherishing the moments they DID have become very very cynical & lonely people.If you can’t LET go of what is already gone, all you have a hold of is a very bitter memory, LET IT GO Jenniffer, Give it up & MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE! It just wasn’t meant to be for Jen & Brad, that’s it that’s all. Myself, I would become both Brad & Angie’s best friends & grow up, get a life of my own. Why want someone who DOESN’T want you, that is just asking to get hurt. Jen needs to pick herself up, dust herself off, & WALK AWAY & GET A NEW LIFE with someone who really loves her & will never leave her, the RIGHT someone, Brad is HISTORY, PAST,SHE NEEDS TO LEAVE BRAD & ANGIE ALONE, it’s called forgive & forget, & be a strong person, who realizise that she just wan’t the one for him!!! That HER RIGHT someone is right around the corner. I will NEVER EVER feel any different towards Angelina Jolie, I LOVE HER, & THE BEST LADY ONE! ANGIE IS the best, she can’t do any wrong in my books, so Jen needs to get a life & leave “my” Angie & Brad alone!!! Angie & Brad there were meant for each other & I pray that they stick together forever, never lose that LOVE for one another. God Bless You Both.

Please. I would like to see the Academy Awards with more color. This 2009 Academy Awards seemed to be very dreary and somber. Maybe that was done intentionally. If we are truly reflecting on the economic crisis, would not it be nice to see more uplifting lighting and drapery. I did like the large screen that came apart into sections. That was very good. Also, please have the singer for any memorial segment be behind the scenes. It is really distracting to the dead artists who we are suppose to be commemorating. I love Queen Latifah, but the camera seemed to go from her to the actors that were being paid tribute too. Sean Penn. I appreciate your monumental work as an actor, but was it necessary to “curse” people for the way they voted on your acceptance speech. Harvey Milk deserved to have a film made honoring his life. I agree with that. However, even the original screen writer, Dustin Lance Black, used the film to as a political instrument for gay activism. Whether conservative or liberal, I am not for actors making political statements at the Oscar. I do not appreciate being bullied in to accepting someone’s political views. By the way, Sean Penn and Dustin Lance Black do deserve to win their Oscar, respectively.

OMG, people. They make it look like Jennifer is still hung up on brad to sell papers. She probably was glad when his arrogant `#_@@(!!`!&_#!$ moved out. That’s the only way they can sell any pics or stories about these three.
