Ever ignore calls from work, show up five hours late and blame the flu? Of course you haven’t—you’re not an idiot who wants to get fired. Now imagine using that excuse in court. Judge S. James Otero issued arrest warrant for Joe Francis when he failed to show up in court yesterday morning, and the Girls Gone Wild-man blamed the flu when he finally appeared on the steps five hours later. “He’s been as sick as can be,” said Melissa Weinberger, a lawyer who has yet to drop Francis over “strategic differences of opinion.”
Despite Francis’ sniffles, the arrest warrant stood and the porn entrepreneur was dragged away by U.S. Marshals. If found guilty at his tax evasion trial (scheduled for March), the porn merchant could face up to ten years in prison.

I have to say this warms my heart, that this piece of crap may be put in his proper place. Prison!! Where hopefully many of the burly prison men will find him fun to play with as they listen and watch his escapades while he abused his rights of a business man. Where, I do understand that these young girls do have a mind of their own. I have heard that they are fed alcohol and other various things to get them “in the mood” to make this man millions. I have a teenage daughter and you never know what they will do. She is a super good moral person, but who knows when they are in an environment like that, what they will do….But , I would die if I ever saw my child portrayed in that manner. I can not believe that there is no law against what this man has done to millions of girls. It is rape of the emotions I do believe and alot of these young women will have this stigma follow them the rest of their life. Who knows what kind of damage it will do to them in the future. Would you want to see your daughter, or as a child in later life..your mom on film like this? I hope Mr. runny nose gets the book!
