Amy Begs For Booze On Vacation

God, we are feeling more and more sorry for those poor souls who decided to have a relaxing, expensive vacation break in St Lucia at the same time as Amy Winehouse. Hot on the heels of her throwing water over a female guest last week, and the revelation that she caterwauls songs on the piano each night, she has now resorted to begging for booze. The star’s management and (clearly had-enough) hotel staff have inflicted an alcohol ban on her, but wiley Amy’s decided to act like a street urchin to get her own way.

“We keep catching her crawling past bars, or hiding behind chairs. She grabs guests’ drinks and runs off, like a squirrel with a nut,” a guest tells the Sun.

The paper also has a totally embarrassing shot of the greatest singer to come out of Britain in ages on her hands and knees on a wine hunt. Still, apparently she’s been offered a role in a movie by Universal. So that’s SURE to make her clean up her act, right? Sigh. Double sigh. [Photo: Splash News Online]
