“Perez Hilton Makes me want to puke. I don’t know if it’s his body, or the shape of his nose, or his disgusting looking mouth, but everytime I see him I get that pre-vomit mouth watery feeling.”

But VH1′s Brooke Hogan edged out the gossip monger to take this year’s fugliest crown.
