Spencer Won’t Legalize Marriage, Needs A Baby ‘ASAP’

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt “eloped” in Cabo San Lucas, but when it came time to make the marriage legal in the United States, Spencer just couldn’t go through with it.

“I feel like we’re doing something sneaky and shady,” Spencer said in front of Deputy Commissioner Donna Jones, after Heidi had said she would legally take Spencer as her husband.

Heidi agreed, however. “Of course I want my mom here,” she said. “I want to give you the wedding of your dreams that you have been talking about for three years,” Spencer responded.

Although he didn’t go all the way with marriage yet, Spencer is sure about one thing.

“We definitely need a kid ASAP,” Spencer told Ryan Seacrest on Monday.

Although Spencer is quite the eager beaver, after their “elopement” Heidi said she wanted to wait to have kids. “I don’t want kids for a long time. You’ve got to keep your youth, your body for as long as you can. I feel like when I’m 30, we will,” Heidi told Us.

Heidi’s mom Darlene was initially angry that Heidi and Spencer eloped and didn’t include her, but Heidi believes her mom has seen the light. “She loves Spencer and she always says she’s never seen someone treat me as good as Spencer treats me. I think moms are just shocked at first because all moms would be, but she’s really come around.” We will see how she feels about a little Spencer Pratt running around her house.
