Crazy Bachelorette Mary Delgado Arrested Again

We’re all about reality stars going nuts and getting arrested, and thankfully so is former Bachelor winner Mary Delgado! Mary nabbed season’s six single hunk, Byron Velvic, back in 2004. The pair went through the usual rose ceremony/engagement charade on the final episode, and while they’ll still together, they’ve never gotten hitched. Perhaps the reason is Delgado’s temper and lust for booze; a year ago she was arrested for battery in Tampa after drunkenly punching Byron in the mouth.

In what may possible become a November tradition for our dear Mary, she was arrested again this past Saturday at a bar in Del Rio, Texas, for “public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.” Apparently she refused to leave the bar, claiming it was her “constitutional right” to stay as long as she wanted. What an adorable misuse of our constitution – the founding fathers would be so proud.

Mary freaked out in the cop car, kicking the radio out while en route to jail; her (obviously brainwashed) boyfriend eventually bailed her out. Yep, they’re regular reality TV success story! [Photo: Splash News Online]
