Citizen Scandal: Woman In Cow Costume Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

Michelle Allen of Middletown, Ohio was arrested for disorderly conduct after she blocked traffic, chased children and urinated on a neighbor’s porch—all while dressed as a cow. It sounds too absurd for even a Reno 911! episode, but Allen, already returned to her home after her first bull charge Saturday, was found in the middle of the street at 11pm that night. Sadly, Allen responded to the arresting officer’s questions with “f*ck you!” rather than “moo!” No word on whether she had to take off her outfit to piss on the porch (does the udder work?) or why the hell she was dressed up like a cow in the first place.
