Shannen Doherty may be reprising her role as Brenda Walsh on the new Beverly Hills 90210, but she has some major competition for top trouble maker this time around. Shanae Grimes, who plays Annie Wilson, reportedly is quite the diva on set. Sources tell Page Six that Shanae has been “tormenting everyone on set” and “acts rude to the cast, crew and extras.” The insider claims Grimes even once yelled at an unassuming guest star, “Who the hell are you?” and often spits out comments like “This is my show – everyone else is riding my coattails.” Sounds like the ghost of the hard partying, check bouncing, quickie-marrying, DUI receiving Shannen Doherty is back from the 90s. I HIGHLY doubt that Shenae Grimes is a nasty _(*~(+^~@%#!@#!`% on set. I’ve heard from people who have met her that she is extrememly humble, sweet, sincere, and that she understands that she is no one in Hollywood, so that’s why she’s building her career resume doing 90210 and other made-for-TV movies in the US. She is already a star, however, in Canada for her role as Darcy Edwards on Degrassi: The Next Generation, and interviews from her co-stars up North reveal that she is kind and a joy to work with.
This is just another tabloid-fueled rumor….Shenae is not Shannen 2.0!!!!
