Leonardo DiCaprio To Play Vladimir Lenin?

Their physical similarity has long been noted, so it’s not surprising to hear that Leonardo DiCaprio is in talks to play Vladimir Lenin, the first leader of the Soviet Union. After all, he does love historical figures and challenging accents! This won’t be a classy biopic like that Theodore Roosevelt one Leo and Martin Scorsese have been promising, though. In Lenin’s Brain, DiCappy would play a Russian-created clone of the totalitarian in 2024, leading a socialist revolution in America. The story sounds like a mix between Children Of The Revolution (an Australian flop involving Joseph Stalin’s love child) and The Boys From Brazil (the ’70s camp classic about teenage Hitler clones starring Gregory Peck as Joseph Mengele).
